A: I know how big a step it can be to ask for support — I’ve been both a client and a therapist — and I bring that understanding into every session. My work is grounded in warmth, compassion and careful listening, and I believe real change comes through a trusting relationship. Together we’ll focus on what matters to you, at a pace that feels safe, so you can build resilience and find clearer ways of living that feel more manageable

The length of therapy is flexible and depends on what you want. Some people choose a set number of sessions; others prefer open‑ended work. We’ll agree together what feels right and review this as we go.
